How to apply

1. Wash the bridge of your nose and dry it completely. Oil, moisturiser or sunscreen stops any strip from sticking well.
2. Peel off the backing without bending the strip.
3. Place it across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of your nostrils.
4. Press firmly along both ends for 10 seconds.
5. To remove, peel slowly from the ends, or loosen it with warm water first.
