AeroFlow Sports Edition Nasal Strips are drug-free nasal strips built for training: an extra-strong spring band lifts the sides of your nose to open the nasal passages, and a sweat-resistant, latex-free adhesive keeps the strip on through runs, rides and gym sessions. Made by AeroFlow, an Indian sleep and breathing wellness brand, in packs of 10 and 30 strips.
Why athletes use AeroFlow
- Built to stay on when you sweat: a sweat-resistant, hypoallergenic adhesive designed for hard training and hot, humid days.

- Nothing inside the nose: no clips, no sprays, no pills.
- Doubles as a sleep strip: the same strip works overnight for quieter, easier breathing.
- Black or Transparent: bold on match day, discreet in the office.

How to apply before training
- Wash the bridge of your nose and dry it completely. Oil, moisturiser or sunscreen stops any strip from sticking well.
- Peel off the backing without bending the strip.
- Place it across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of your nostrils.
- Press firmly along both ends for 10 seconds. Put it on before you warm up, while your skin is still dry.
- To remove, peel slowly from the ends, or loosen it with warm water first.
Frequently asked questions
Do nasal strips help breathing during exercise?
They make breathing through your nose easier by lifting the nasal passages open. Many runners and gym-goers use them to stay on nasal breathing for longer during steady efforts. They don't add oxygen or replace training.
Will the strip stay on when I sweat?
The adhesive is sweat-resistant and designed to stay in place during exercise. Apply it to a clean, completely dry nose before you start sweating; a strip put on damp skin won't hold as well.
When should I put it on?
A few minutes before your warm-up, after washing and drying the bridge of your nose. Press firmly for 10 seconds.
Can I wear the Sports Edition to sleep?
Yes. It's the same spring-band strip, so it works overnight too for easier nasal breathing and less snoring caused by a blocked nose.
Are AeroFlow nasal strips safe for sensitive skin?
The adhesive is latex-free and hypoallergenic, on a soft non-woven fabric. If your skin reacts easily, wear a strip for a short time first. Don't apply on sunburnt, irritated or broken skin, and stop using them if redness or irritation develops.
Black or Transparent: what's the difference?
Both colours are the same strip. Black stands out and is popular with athletes; Transparent is discreet for everyday and overnight use.
Where can I buy AeroFlow nasal strips in India?
On aeroflowtape.com, on Amazon.in, and on Blinkit in the cities it delivers to.
AeroFlow nasal strips are a drug-free breathing aid, not a medicine. If you snore loudly most nights, stop breathing or gasp during sleep, or feel tired even after a full night's sleep, talk to a doctor. These can be signs of sleep apnoea, which nasal strips do not treat.
